SPAM is the perfect food item to send to space because it doesn’t have an expiration date and is great for space survival.

That’s right, we’re sending SPAM to Mars. At least we’re pretending to, we’ll let conspiracy theorists debate that one. The ingredients of canned SPAM and it’s never expiring nature makes it a perfect contestant to hurdle into space. When humans finally land on Mars they’ll have a delicious meal waiting for them. The next space race is upon us and SPAM is going to win, even if there are some bumps along the way.
